By means of the order dated 10.5.2010, this Court directed the Vice-
Chairman or Secretary of the Lucknow Development Authority to appear
the Court.

Learned Counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority submits that
the Vice-Chairman of the Lucknow Development Authority has been
transferred and new incumbent has joined recently and today, he is on
leave. He prays that he may be accorded fifteen days further time so
that he will comply the order dated 10.5.2010.

List the matter in the week commencing 19.7.2010 before the
appropriate Bench.
