2. 04.02.2011 From the show-cause, it appears that in

compliance of the order of the High Court the authorities

have considered the case of the petitioner for promotion

and has rejected the same under orders dated 9.3.2010

which is Annexure-B to the show-cause.

This contempt application is disposed of

granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid

order.
