1. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
2. It is alleged that the applicant was arrested at Ashok Nagar Delhi along with a stolen Motor Cycle of the complainant Sandeep Pandey. The counter affidavit shows that the applicant is habitual offender and seven criminal cases are pending against him.
3. In the circumstances the applicant does not deserve bail. The bail application is rejected
