Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.
Ramol Singh, applicant no. 3 has approached this Court earlier by
filing a criminal misc. application No. 22777 of 2010 and obtain
an order for expeditious disposal of his bail. Today, it is informed
that he is in jail. By suppression of material facts, Ramol Singh,
applicant no. 3 in conjunction that other person filed the instant
Criminal Misc. Application No. 22939 of 2010. The fact that
Ramol Singh had preferred an application under Section 482
Cr.P.C. earlier has been consciously suppressed in the instant
criminal misc. application in the second exercise by the said
accused. Other accused person have also not disclosed the fact that
Ramol Singh had approached this Court on an earlier occasion
with the prayer for bail and his application was disposed of on
13.07.2010.
Since, I have been found that this application is based on
suppression of material information, I dismissed this criminal
misc. application without any further liberty.
