                               JUDGMENT

Though the petitioner complains about the appellate

decision in relation to evaluation in a competition, the fact of the

matter remains that three judges had awarded the petitioner

marks which is lower than the person who secured the first place

and the difference in the marks does not generate confidence to

hold that the petitioner has, in any manner, been deprived of

opportunity to be extended the benefit of the visitorial

jurisdiction of this Court. The writ petition fails. The same is

accordingly dismissed.
