2 23.09.2011 Dr. Alok Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 / Rivilganj Nagar Panchayat,

submits that during the pendency of the writ petition grievances of

the petitioner have already been redressed and such fact has been

reflected in the counter affidavit which has already been filed long

back in the year 2009.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the

statement made by learned counsel for the Respondent; nor he has

filed any rejoinder to the counter affidavit.

In view of stand taken by the parties, there is no need to

further keep the matter pending. The writ petition stands disposed

of.

This order has been passed in presence of Sri Sushil

Kumar Mallick, learned AC to Standing Counsel No. 25, appearing

on behalf of the Respondent No. 1/State.
