Heard Sri K.N. Singh learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
Standing Counsel for the opposite parties.

This is a suspension matter which was passed on 18.5.2003. The writ
petition was filed on 24.4.2003 and on 28.4.2003 the court had passed
the interim order staying the suspension order.

It has been informed that the inquiry has not been completed till date.

The opposite parties are directed to positively complete the inquiry
within three months from today.

With this observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
