By means of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for (I) issuance of
a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the
impugned order dated 22.6.2010 passed by respondent no.3( Annexure I
to the writ petition). (ii) issuance of a writ, order or direction in the
nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere in
any manner in the peaceful working of the petitioners’ societies in
adherence to the Memorandum No.10740 dated 18.11.08,
Memorandum No.12/PS dated 8.6.09 and Memorandum No.106/PS
dated 6.7.09.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent no.3 is
directed to decide the representation of the petitioner filed in this regard
in accordance with law within two months from the date of production
of a certified copy of this order.
The petition is disposed of finally.
