Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a quashing the
resolution dated 23.03.2010 of the Board of Management –
Respondent No. 2.
The petitioner has statutory remedy under Section 128 of the U.P.
Co-operative Societies Act, 1965.
There being statutory remedy against the decision taken by the
Board of Management of the Society, the writ petition cannot be
entertained. We however observe that in case the petitioner makes
an appropriate application u/s 128 of the U.P. Co-operative
Societies Act, 1965, the competent authority may expeditiously
consider and take appropriate decision.
The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
