6 24.08.2011 Mr. Raza Ahmad, learned AAG-9, prays
for and is allowed a week’s time by way of
last indulgence in order to enable him to
file counter affidavit in terms of the order
of this Court dated 30.6.2011.
It is, however, made clear that if
the respondent will not file the counter
affidavit, the Director-in-Chief of the
Health Services will be required to appear in
person on the next date.
Put up this case on 5th of September,
