Chief Standing Counsel, while notice on behalf of opposite parties Nos.4 and
5 has been accepted by Sri B.L. Verma.

Issue notice to opposite parties No. 3, 6 to 8 returnable at an early date.

List immediately thereafter, showing the name of Sri B.L. Verma as counsel
for the opposite parties Nos. 4 and 5 in the cause list.

In the meantime, it is provided that in case the petitioner moves an application
for adjournment of the case before the Court below, it is expected that the
Court below will adjourn the case.
