Taking into consideration that having similar allegation one
co-accused Rishi Prasad Singh @ Rishi Kumar Singh has already
been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 3.8.2011
passed in Cr. Misc. no. 18434/2011, let the petitioner, Awadhesh
Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with
two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Hassanpur P.S. Case no. 164/2010.
