18. 29.09.2011 Learned counsels appearing on behalf of State of

Bihar reiterate their stand noted in the order dated 26th July

2011 that a decision in the matter is likely to be taken by the

State Cabinet.

In that view of the matter, we again adjourn these

matters. They should be listed under the same heading on 1 st

December 2011 among 1st10 cases. It is expected that if the

State proposes to take any decision in the mater, the same

shall be taken before the next date.
