The dispute between the parties is pending in the Mediation Centre in Crl.
Misc. application no.29335 of 2009. I, therefore, direct that this crl. misc.
application be tagged with the aforesaid application no.29335 of 2009. This
case is also send for mediatory proceeding. Both the case shall now be listed
together in the cause list along with the report of the Mediator in week
commencing 15.11.2010.

Till the next date of listing, further proceeding of case no.1235 of 2010, under
Sections 12,19,20 and 22 of the Protection of Women from Domestic
Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Lahchura, District Jhansi, pending before Judicial
Magistrate, Mauranipur, Jhansi shall remain stayed.
