J U D G M E N T
The petitioners are MBBS degree students. They wrote first
year MBBS examination in August, 2007, but failed in the
examination. They wrote supplementary examination in April-May
2007 and again 1st and 2nd petitioners lost in two papers and 3rd
petitioner lost in all papers. They submitted applications for
revaluation. They seek expeditious completion of the revaluation
process. The petitioners have not produced copy of the
applications although they have produced copies of chalan receipt
for payment of the revaluation fee.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the
University submits that the University would require at least two
more months’ time to complete the revaluation process.
3. Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition
with a direction to the respondents to complete the revaluation
process for which the petitioners have applied, and publish the
results thereof, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within
w.p.c.20725/08 2
six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this
judgment, provided their applications complete in all respects
have been received and are pending.
