Radhakrishnan, J.
This writ appeal arises out of the judgment in
W.P.(C).5346/2004. Petitioner was a candidate who had
applied for the post of HSST (Junior) and HSST (Senior) in
the subject of Journalism. Petitioner who had Masters
degree in Journalism, was qualified to be appointed to the
post of HSST, Senior as well as HSST Junior in the absence
of B.Ed degree holders in Journalism. But his application
was rejected on the ground that the candidates with B.Ed
degree were available. At the time of hearing of the writ
petition, the learned Standing Counsel for the PSC stated
that the rank list had already expired on 12.6.2005. In
such circumstances we find no reason to interfere with the
judgment of the learned Single Judge.
Hence the appeal is dismissed.
