     1.             Report of the Official Liquidator dated 03/05/2011 at Flag­16 

     alongwith   affidavit   verifying   accounts   filed   on   19/06/2011   at   flag­15;   on 

     08/10/2010

 flag­12 and on 19/11/2010 are taken on record as prayed by 

the Official Liquidator.

2. The   Official   Liquidator   informs   that   order   has   already   been 

passed in I.A. No. 4333/2010.

Accordingly, the office need not place it for orders.

3. The   Official   Liquidator   submits   that   he   has   received   the 

required documents from BSFC and the BICICO and he will file its report.

As prayed by him, put up this case on 26th August 2011.

Let   a   copy   of   this   order   be   handed   over   to   the   Official 

Liquidator.
