Family Court, Madurai, to be tried jointly along with H.M.O.P.No.237 of 2009 and
G.W.O.P.No.10 of 2009.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to
withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an
endorsement to that effect.

is no order as to cost.
