                                       JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the

counsel could not confirm yet, by contacting the petitioner, the original

petition appears to be infructuous.

In the above circumstances the original petition is dismissed as

infructuous. However, if on further verification, it is found that the

original petition has not actually become infructuous, it would be open

to the petitioner to file a petition to restore the original petition by

filing an appropriate petition.
