JUDGMENT
Prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the second
respondent to dispose of Exhibit P2 application in accordance with the
provisions of Transfer of Registry Rules.
Exhibit P2 is an application made by the petitioner seeking
mutation of his property. According to the petitioner, Exhibit P2 was
made to the 4th respondent. Subsequently, the petitioner also
approached second respondent by filing Exhibit P3. Complaint in this
writ petition is that orders have not been passed on Exhibits P2 or P3
by either of the aforesaid respondents.
Taking into account the aforesaid complaint, this writ petition is
disposed of directing that the second respondent shall consider and
pass orders on Exhibit P3, if the same has been received and is
pending, as expeditiously as possible at any rate within four weeks of
production of copy of this judgment.
