	Writ Petitions came to be numbered by transfer of Original Application No.7392 of 1999 filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, on abolition, transferred to this Court and re-numbered as W.P.No. 44719 of 2006 Call for the records of the 3rd respondent relating to his order dated 16.07.1999 made in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.a4/15514/98  quash the same in so far as it relates to absorbing the post of B.T. Assistant (science) to the Govt.  High School  Perampattu  and consequently direct the respondents to transfer the said post of B.T. Assistant (Science) to any other middle school in the concerned unit and post the Applicant in the said post of B.T. Assistant (Science).
