Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA.

For considering the prayer for quashing the Charge sheet, the relevant
material is the evidence collected during investigation which has not been
appended along with this application. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the
chargesheet is not maintainable.

This Criminal Misc. Application is dismissed with a direction that the bail
prayer of the applicants in the aforesaid crime be considered expeditiously, if
possible on the same day.
