This is an appeal against the conviction and sentence dated
25.10.1982 passed by the Sessions Judge, Hamirpur in Sessions
Trial No.49 of 1981.

Learned A.G.A. is present before the Court.

We have seen the office report dated 30.6.2010. The report states
that the appellant has died ten years ago. In view of the same, the
appeal is dismissed as abated.
