Mr. A. K. Trivedi has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no. 3.
Mr. A.C. Misra has filed an application supported with an affidavit seeking
one month’s further time for filing counter affidavit in the matter. He further
submits that he has got instruction to appear in the matter on behalf of the
opposite party no. 1 also and he prays for some time to file Vakalatnama/
counter affidavit on his behalf.

Three weeks’ time is granted to the opposite parties to file counter affidavit.
