implead the informant as O.P. No.2 in course of the day.

Issue notice to Opposite Party No.2 under

registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process, for

which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing

which this application shall stand rejected without further

reference to the Bench.

List the matter after receipt of the same.

Till appearance of O.P. No.2, no coercive steps

should be taken against the petitioners, namely, (1) Bablu

Kumar, (2) Ragni Yadav, (3) Janath Devi, (4) Rani Kumari,

(5) Gudiya Devi, (6) Bhola Yadav and (7) Ashok Kumar in

connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No.373/2011

shall remain stayed.
