                           JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for consideration before

this Court on 21.1.2010, coercive proceedings were intercepted

on condition that the petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.5 lakhs on

or before 31st January, 2010. Subsequently it was brought to the

notice of this Court yesterday, that the condition was not

complied with. There was no representation for the petitioner

yesterday and hence the case was adjourned to this date. Today

also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Therefore, no interference is called for. Writ petition

is dismissed for default.
