From a perusal of the material placed on record it is apparent that the opposite
party has passed the order dated 3.5.2010 in gross violation of the judgment of
the Writ Court dated 4.8.2009.

Put up this case tomorrow i.e. 6.8.2010 in the additional cause list. On that
date the opposite party shall remain present before this Court.

Sri K.R. Singh will ensure that a copy of this order is sent to the opposite
party by Fax during course of the day for necessary compliance. Copy of the
order may be provided to Sri K.R. Singh at 2.00 p.m. today.
