                         J U D G M E N T

K.M.Joseph, J.

Petitioner has approached this Court feeling

aggrieved by the harassment by respondents 2 and 3 and their

policemen and subordinates.

2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,

submits that, a complaint was received from the Ist

respondent. It was enquired into and it is found that the

matter is of a civil nature. The learned Government Pleader

submits that the official respondents will not interfere in the

matter between the petitioner and the Ist respondent. We

record the said submission and close the writ petition.
