2/ 19.1.2011 This petition is simply not maintainable before the High

Court under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure because

there could be specific provision for seeking further enquiry into any

matter as may be located under section 398 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure.

I was inclined to dismiss this petition in its entirety but,

considering ultimately that the petitioner shall be paying for it, I

could give a liberty to the petitioner to convert the petition into a

Criminal Revision under the appropriate provision of law.
