JUDGMENT
Joseph, J.
This Writ Petition is filed complaining police harassment.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that a Panchayat
Member stopped the five vehicles of the petitioners and two others
and they were brought to the police station and that so far the
Panchayat Member has not fulfilled his promise to give the complaint.
The learned Government Pleader submits that no crime has been
registered. He further submits that the petitioners are free to take back
the vehicles on executing simple bond.
We record the said submission and close this Writ Petition.
