petitioner was granted provisional bail by this court for attending

shradh ceremony of his mother but unfortunately, he could not be

released as the order dated 31.3.2011 could not be communicated to

the court concerned in time. It is further pointed out by him that the

case diary as well as antecedent report have already been received.
