4. 18.11.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents

no.2 to 4.

Mr Kaushlendra Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for

respondent no.4 states that the arrears of pension to the tune of

Rs.1,33,635/- have been credited to the account of the petitioner on

5.10.2010. The petitioner is not disputing the above fact. Mr. Sinha

further submits that the monthly pension of Rs.881/- is being

credited to the account of the petitioner.

In the above circumstances, learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that on verification of the account, if any

discrepancy is found, the petitioner will be at liberty to bring it to

the notice of respondent no.4. The petitioner may do so.

Considering the above, the writ application stands

disposed of.
