Shri
Hardik Raval, learned advocate has appeared on behalf of respondents
nos. 5 to 10. He prays for time. He has stated at the bar, under
instructions from the concerned respondents, that there shall not be
any further alienation, transfer and/or creation of any charge over
the property in question till further orders passed by this Court.
Respondent
no. 4, Special Recovery Officer, is personally present in the Court
and he has stated that he shall argue out the case and considering
the request of Shri Subhash Barot, learned advocate appearing on
behalf of respondent no. 4, he is permitted to retire as an advocate
on behalf of respondent no. 4. On the next date of hearing,
respondent no. 4 shall personally remain present and argue out the
case. Stand over to 5th August, 2010.
