Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri N.N. Mishra has
appeared on behalf of the respondents.

By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the
report dated 16.10.2009 of the Sub Divisional magistrate,
Ghaziabad.

The writ petition being filed only against the report, no such action
has been taken in pursuance to the report which may give any
cause of action to the petitioner to come to this court.

At this stage, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observations.
