association, petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2010.

Taking that into consideration, prayer of the petitioner is

allowed.

Above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail

on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,

Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 53 of

2009.
