Regard being had to the facts of the case, age of

the victim as appeared in paragraph 52 of the case diary and the

contention that under the admitted facts it could be a case of

consented sexual intercourse, let the petitioner Bauli Manjhi be

directed to be released on furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/-( ten

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in Bodh

Gaya(( Cherki) P.S.Case No. 157 of 2010.
