Learned counsel for the State is directed to

supplement his counter affidavit in view of the material which has

emerged from the original record produced in Court today.

Prima facie this Court is also of the opinion that

there is an effort on the part of the petitioner to produce forged

document in his support.

Pendency of the writ application will not come in

the way of the respondents if they want to file a criminal case in

this regard.
