27. 13.07.2011. It appears that on the prayer of the appellant and

also on the prayer of the respondent, four weeks time was

granted on 14.02.2011 to file the deficit Court fee stamp of

Rs.3,085.60 on the memo of appeal by the appellants and

the same amount on the plaint by the plaintiff-respondent

but the same has not been filed.

Accordingly, by way of last chance, the appellant

and the respondent are directed to deposit the said deficit

Court fee stamp within next two weeks. If the appellant

will not deposit the said Court fee within next two weeks,

the appeal shall stand dismissed.
