                        ORDER

Heard counsel on both sides.

2. The transfer petition was being dismissed

by this Court making it clear that dismissal of the

transfer petition shall not stand in the way of the

petitioner moving for transfer afresh after the

specialist Doctor is examined as a witness. In view

of such direction being there in the order, there

is no reason why the order has to be reviewed.

This review petition is dismissed.
