As prayed by Shri Rahul Sahai, learned counsel for the appellant, put-up as
fresh on 29th July, 2010 so as to enable him to file Supplementary Affidavit
annexing thereto, copy of the Statement of the Doctor examined before the
Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner.
Shri V.C. Dixit, Advocate states that he has filed Caveat on behalf of the
claimant-respondent no.1 on 24th May, 2010. The Appeal was got reported on
21st May, 2010.
In the circumstances, it appears that the Caveat has not reported.
