It is stated by learned counsel for the appellant that he has filed an application
for substitution of deceased-respondent no. 1 on 31.3.2000 in the office. The
said application is not on record. Office is directed to trace the same and place
it on record and further issue notice to the heirs and legal representatives of
the deceased-respondent no. 1 to engage a new counsel, since Sri H.S. Nigam,
learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 is no more.
