Cause list has been revised and this is third call. Sri Prakash Padia,
learned counsel for the petitioner is present and presses this writ
petition. Learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent is also
present.
By an earlier order dated 16.02.2010 the Respondent No.5
(Lucknow University, through its Registrar) represented by Sri
A.K. Tripathi, was required to produce the original records. None
appears in spite of repeated calls on behalf of Respondent No.5 nor
the original record is available today.
In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it is provided that counsel
for Respondent No.5 will produce the record pertaining to the
petitioner with respect to disputes raised in this writ petition by the
next date of listing failing which the Respondent No.5 namely
Registrar, Lucknow University, shall be present in person
alongwith relevant records and instructions to assist the Court.
As prayed, let this matter be listed on 29.07.2010 before the
appropriate Bench.
Sri Prakash Padia, learned counsel for the petitioner may inform
Sri A.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for Respondent No.5 about
passing of this order in writing within three days.
