failing which this application as against O.P. No.2 shall stand
rejected without any further reference to the Bench.
Till appearance of O.P. No.2, further proceeding
pending before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
Sitamarhi, Sadar in connection with Complaint Case No.C 1-
390 of 2006, Trial No.2735/2010 shall remain stayed in
connection with the petitioner named above.
