                                      -----------

2 22.02.2011 Heard Sri Nagendra Dubey, who was assisted by

Sri Ranjeet Choubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri

Anjani Kumar, learned Standing Counsel No. 9 as well as

learned counsel appearing on behalf of The Accountant

General.

While invoking inherent jurisdiction of this court,

the petitioner, has prayed for directing the respondents to

pay all the retrial dues except G.P.F. amount which has

already been paid to the petitioner.

From the pleadings it is evident, that petitioner

was dismissed from the service on 4.7.1984. The

petitioner, has also not brought on record the order of

dismissal. The court is of the opinion, that no relief can be

granted to the petitioner, in view of the fact, that the
2

petition has been preferred at much belated stage, that too,

after the petitioner was dismissed from the service.

Petition stands dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition may not

prevent the petitioner to avail other remedy.
