ORDER

The
application for parole was rejected by the competent authority on the
ground of notification of election of local authorities in the State
of Gujarat. Now, the election is over. Hence, the application for
parole can be preferred before the competent authority and the same
shall be considered in accordance with law as early as possible.

the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
