The writ petition does not contain Resolution No.5, which is the
basis of the termination of the petitioner. In the absence of any
such document, the writ petition can not be entertained. The
petitioner may obtained a copy of the said resolution from the
Competent Authority and thereafter approach the appropriate
Forum.

The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
