The matter was taken in first round and this case was passed over at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant.
Case called again in second round but no one is present on behalf of the accused appellant. It appears from the earlier order-sheets dated 30.9.2009, 20.10.2009, 6.11.2009, and 7.12.2009 that no one was present on behalf of the accused appellant to argue the present application for suspension of sentence. In these circumstances, there is no option left for us except to dismiss the present application in default. Hence application is dismissed in default.
