the petitioner.

Heard Sri Suryabansh Rai, learned counsel

appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1/Regional Provident

Fund Commissioner, Patna, who submits that in this case a

detailed counter affidavit has been filed, and it was submitted

that petitioner is not entitled to get any relief.

On earlier occasion also none appeared on behalf

of the petitioner, which is evident from order dated 31.03.2011.

Petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
