2/ 11.08.2011 Call for a detailed report from the 2nd Additional

Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, about the present stage of trial in

Sessions Case No.1117 of 2010 and the likely time to be consumed

in its conclusion.

The report must reach this court within three weeks.

The Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses

fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this

order to the Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur, who is directed to

ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there

is no further delay in the trial.
