02. 13.01.2011 It is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioner that with regard to Kumud Devi and Kedar

Ram the prosecution of the Complaint Case No. 395 of

2007 has been quashed on 30.03.2010 vide Cr. Misc. No.

49972 of 2007. The photocopy of the certified copy of the

order dated 30.03.2010 does not reflect the complaint

case number.

In that view of the matter, put up this case along

with the record of Cr. Misc. No. 49972 of 2007 on

17.01.2011.
